I just got a new phone, I downloaded a few new ringtones, and the sound completely sucks! you can bearly hear it. My other phone was much louder than this. I'm wondering if it has to do with the speakers on the phone or the thing where you have to wait 24 hours until you use your phone? someone help me, I am really pissed off at this.

I have tried the volume, it's all the way up and it's still freakin bad

definitely speakers, the 24 hour thing is for the service activation. to be sure the service is activsated that's why they ask you to wait 24 hours

U should be able to find an option such as speaker volume. Try to raise the volume

It is the speakers and if it sucks that bad, request a refund. You should have so many days depending on the plan...

Take it back sounds like you need to get a replacement.
