You're too young to be trying to diet. How tall are you anyway, because that's not really big any way it goes. I weigh more than that and I'm short, but I have a nice shape. It just depends on how your body is porportioned. If you want to get healthier though, try cutting out sodas, eating more fruit and vegetables instead of fast food, and drinking more water. Exercise is a given. Don't overdo it though. And keep in mind that true beauty begins on the inside. I've heard that only ugly people say that, but I'm a pretty girl who believes it. Work on your self confidence, because however you look, if you don't like yourself, changing your appearance won't change that. Keep in mind the talents you have and what makes you unique and don't worry about what others think.

Ok...the first thing to do is to improve you eating habits
since you are 13 years old, you're too young to lose weight so fast..
then try doing a complete routine of exercise, specially swimming(best exercise ever)...along with 1 hour walking everymorning around the park or something
dont expect inmidiate results, you're too young to lose weight so fast, but if you keep the routine...I asure you...and it's guaranteed that you will lose some weight within the next six months
and you will fell so awesome that you will always be in the pool showin yourself

Drink water nothing with Caffiene, Walk briskly for about 1-2 miles a day as recreational activity not counting your daily activities, Dress apropriately but also so that you will sweat. You can sweat alot of weight out. Eat 3 small meals, avoid fast food and grease. Stay active... Or you can stick your finger down your throat.

Don't try to lose weight too fast as it is not healthy. You have to eat healthier, eat less and exercise. Do not take diet pills or anything of that nature. Please do not listen to the IDIOT who told you to stick your finger down your throat, how sickening to say that to anyone, especially a 13 year old.

you can't lose weight that fast.
It is not safe to lose more than 1-2 pounds per WEEK, and diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight safely.
