When your playing with a baby , your kids or grand kids are over .You know logic is not for pretending ;To be across eyed purple ,growling chicken attacking the living room ( no mercy to the young screaming HELP , DON"T , I'm Telling ) . As adults use logic always ! And keep the pretending for when you do something silly , it's just for fun .Not to someday regret that it happened ( I drank too much or I wasn't thinking , well I don't know why I was there ) .Logic is always helpful !

When someone is venting their feelings, now is not the time to remind them of logic. Logic will return after feelings are disbursed, or at least one would hope. And never tell someone they shouldn't feel the way they feel. Just listen.

i find most situations defy logic, so it hasnt been helpful to me at all. to use logic, you have to deal with people who are logical. even those who are, usually have to deal with those who are not. thats why a lot of people take valium and other mood inhancements.

Helpful for what?
Nothing is helpful
Everything is helpful
I'm left with no reference points
I'm blind
The question is blind
Ask it again and rephrase it so people know what you are asking and not throwing up random blurts and burps of words.
Logic is what has sustained out survival throughout our species. It has been abused yet we continue to survive.
