My bosses dad(is in his 70's and I'm 27 and married)keeps telling me everyday how pretty I'am and today he asked me if he could kiss me! What can I say to get this perv off of my back without loosing my job?

He is your boss' dad? I would tell the boss. He probably doesnt know his dad is an old perv. If you lose your job, you would have a great lawsuit!

Tell him you are happily married and your not interested and that your not comfortable with him hitting on you. Tell him that you would like to come to work and be comfortable not worried that he's going to bother you. Tell him if it doesn't stop you will call sexual harassment on him.

either ignore him or just tell him that you feel uncomfterble with what he is doing and politly let him down.. or you could do what i did in a situation similar is ask him "do you love you wife" it would at least make him think good luck
