Yes, but only if you like it, want the money, and want to have sex with him. If you don't, then no, you should move on. Simple.

if your manager is holding the highest position in the company and your HR is reporting to him, u better just resign. Unless if he is reporting to other senior manager then u can report it to the HR.

You should notify the HR / Personnel department immediately! They're the ones who deal with sexual harassment issues and I've very sure they'll deal with it very quickly. It's serious business and can lead to a lawsuit, which is the last they want, so I'm sure you'll get action.

Okay...this is a really stupid question. No offense.......
There are FEDERAL LAWS against this type of behavior in the workplace. Contact your Human Resources department and file the complaint. I can promise you, he will be let go quite quickly. Good luck....

Don't lower yourself to that level. Notify the proper people and get him fired. If you face any reprecussions for this action, then get the lawyers involved. Your boss isn't allowed to do any of this to you.

Yes, you should continue to work there. He should be fired. That's illegal, immoral, and unethical. Report him to your Human Resources department, if you have one. If not, hire a lawyer.
