as i was feeding my cat today, i realized that every cat food i've ever seen has meat in it... so, what would a vegan feed to a cat to still give it proper nutrition? just curious.

There are many different brands of both vegetarian and vegan pet foods that contain all the protein and nutrients your dog or cat needs. Some vegans also choose to make their own food for their pets. Veggies are good for your animals to.

They actuall have a vegetarian brand of dog and cat food. You should ask your local pet store to tell you or your vet.

I'm a vegetarian but i still feed my dog food that has like lamb in it. So she'll get the protein she needs.
