maybe using noxema soap will exfoliate and open up the pours and hair folicals.. use warm water to rinse and then use a gel shaving cream and carefully shave.. try no to snag at all... and shave with the flow of the hair.. not against. don't be stingy with the cream as it helps lubricate the area and prevent cuts.. just keep rinsing and reapplying cream until it's done..
I don't recommend rubbing alchohol.. that will seriously dry out your skin

You need to use a "Razor Bump Treatment" right after You shave. I Recommend using "Bump Stopper-2" by High Time Products Inc... It's just as good for Women as it is for Men.

Yes only one thing works. Try not to shave very smooth and
don't go against the grain. Also I've found that hair conditioner
helps. Good luck

Try using rubbing alcohol after you shave. it should help out. Try using expensive sensitive razors and see what happens.

after shaving, yes it will sting, but put some rubbing alcohol on the area.. that will usually prevent razor bumps.
