i mean what are they looking for? i will be honest but i know some people who failed it -for saying they drink beers

The first test is how to be honest.. If you want to pass that kind of test, you will have expect what they expect answers to be. Sometimes, too honest will not get you that job.
for example, if you are a cop, just stopped a women who is hurry in labor for speeding. What do you do? If you are kind and nice person, you will let her go. But under the zero tolerance law, you should not. Should you tell them you will not let her go even though you have a kind heart!?

If you need help to cheat on a psychological test to get into the police force as an average American not sure you need to be on the force.

it helps if you're not psychotic, but seriously - don't act too cocky & eye contact is important.
