Marcelin, I certainly do not know if this works form my own personal experience being I've never been pregnant but I read in What to Expect When Your Expecting if you keep saltine crackers on your night stand and eat a few before every lifting your head off the pillow and then stay in in bed for 20 minutes before you get up it will help you not feel sick the rest of the day. It's a long shot but most defiantly worth a try. Also, make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamin before you go do be so you are more apt to keep it down. Congratulations, Jenni

Calm down. You cannot stop eating. I understand exactly what you are going through, but a friend of mine told me that being sick is good. She was not sick and her children had problems. Now, you need to find something that you can eat that will not make you sick. Another friend used to eat apples all day long. She would have a big bag and nibble on an apple. She swore by this. The food that worked best for me was Cantelopes and Watermelons. These foods do two things, they are a fiber, but the also are a liquid (so you don't dehydrate). Just eat a little and if it helps you feel better, then get in large supplies of these fruits and eat them everyday. If they don't work, just go through the fruits and veggies section of the store. Buy a small amount of the food (ie squash) and make it and eat a little. If it helps you then you have found your food. Some women swore by dry foods, like toast or crackers. But keep eating. My doctor said that something is getting into me and the baby. Also, you could try peppermint tea. Supposedly peppermint helps to lessen nausea. Good Luck.

I had problems with morning sickness this whole pregnancy. My only savior has been Ginger snap cookies and non salted, non buttered popcorn. I tried the dry toast, dry cereal and it didn't work. I also tried the crackers. Nothing. we are all different so I don't know if these will work but hopefully one of them does, I know how you feel. I was sick all day everyday even now at 38 weeks!!!! Your tummy and pelvic hurts because you are throwing up to much. Get your doctor to prescribe some phenergran because you might start having contractions. Someone one suggested "Preggie Pops" designed for the pregnant mom with nausea but I can't find them anywhere.

I recently had a baby girl, and with her pregnancy, I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis. I vomited from the time I woke up to the time i went to bed. Lost over 20 lbs and ended up in the hospital and then with a feeding tube throughout the remaining 6 mths. Hopefully yours will get better within the next 4 weeks but if not, talk to your doctor about taking Vitamin B4 and Unisom together. Unisom is a mild sleeping pill, but when taking both together is removes the nauseau and vomiting. It worked for me. Its safe too and helps you sleep...lol. The reason for your abdomon pain is probably from all the vomiting. Good Luck.

For me it was the prenatal vitamins, i started taking them at night, and ate a lot of small meals throughout the day so I didn't have an empty stomach, and the throwing up stopped in a day or so!

Well, when I was pregnant with both of my kids I had the same thing happen. Try some "Ensure", It good and healthy and it worked for me. As a matter of fact, it was the only thing that I could keep down for the duration of my pregnancies. Good luck......and It wont last forever
