ditto Iceland,
300,000 people, almost all scandinavians and peaceful, responsible people. Isn't it odd how 800 or so years ago the Vikings where ruthless barbaric killers, rapers and pillagers, and now their decendants are all mellow?

Whether you realize it or not, your question reflects why there isn't a safe country anywhere in the world.
We all have to start thinking of human beings globally not by imaginary boundaries placed by politics.
Why? Let me go back to your question again. How can you name the safest country in the world when there are long range nuclear weapons?
A bomb doesn't turn around because it reaches an imaginary border somewhere. It doesn't care about your religion, the color of your skin, or if you are rich or poor.
We have to strive towards making the whole world safe for everyone because until we do, none of us are safe - anywhere.
Think about it.

The Whitest countries are probably the safest, if I can extrapolate from the crime statistics on American cities and states. Iceland, Switzerland and Finland would be good guesses.

A country like Iceland might seem safe but that's because no one is attacking it yet. If the US ever faltered to the Muslim/Communist horde, then a country like Iceland would fall quickly. They are practically defenseless, just not being attacked right now.

Switerzland. Think about it, no country is going to fight a country
that holds their money. Almost all countries if not all have huge
sums of money at the Swiss Bank.

I vote somewhere like the Vatican, nobody cares what the crap goes on there, so nothing will ever happen to it, unless someone other than Catholics go on a Catholic purging run, then it'll be the first place to go.

Of all them i've been to 'Switzerland' is the easy winner-They have public toilet's every where,with soft tissue and flowers free of course and they 100% neutral to all war's and religion's because that's where they all hide their money-all of them !! ktf.x
