Harold was dressed as a matador and momentarily took on a Spanish accent to say "ze running of ze bulls." I don't know why - but I thought it was hilarious.

I absolutely adore that show, and grew up watching it. I have so many moments that just cracked me up but my absolute favorite is when Red Green turned the possum van into a snowplow.
The fact that he stole a door off a bathroom to duct tape to the front of the van...then blew holes into the bottom of the van so the sand could go through...I seem to remember salt shakers and him whamming skiis over the van to snap them in half as well. Oh maybe I'm mixing them up. All I know is that I laughed until tears streaming down my face.
It's a great show...great enough to write a university paper on and get away with...which I did.

I liked the one where they were souping up an old car. I just remember them making it noisier and putting something on the roof of the car.
