These are reasons, for hysteric crying for the baby :
1.Wet diaper (like you said)
2.Hungry (like you said)
3.High temperature
4.Respiratory and Nasal problem
5.Asthma and Allergy
6.The most common one is Cholic (if you sure none of the others above)
Cholic happens due the difference of the air pressure. It comes to the uncomfortableness in baby ears and stomach.but I tell you this:The main reason of the cholic is still unknown to the medical world. The most popular reason for calming the cholic baby:
1.Hold and hug the baby, preferably in standing position (the mother)
2.Give some warming oil around his belly and stomach
3.Avoid the wind or area with extreme air flow (outdoor)
4.Give some warm water to drink.
5.Let the baby fall asleep.
Yes,sometimes it is frustating, but relax it's almost every baby and new mama problem. Please be patient, since baby still can't talk,it can only cries.good luck.Usually it will stops within 1,5 hrs max.

first thing give her some oval drops or grip water every other day, maybe her stomach is bothering her. just be calm or give her to someone who's relaxed, baby's sense when the parent is not comfortable or irritated.
What i did also was put my kid in the car and go for a drive as they really like car rides and fall a sleep, don't forget to make them hear classical music, helps with developing the brain.....
If there is any other info i can provide, please feel free and email me.
Good luck, All kids go through this, so don't worry and specially don't panic. Oh Yeah a nice warm steam bath also helps, make them calm and have a good sleep.....

She could be overtired or overstimulated. Try taking her for a walk outside in your arms, a baby carrier, or the stroller. My girls were generally calmed by the fresh air, the warm sun, and the sound of wind/birds/etc. One of my daughters really liked to watch the leaves blow in the wind, and it was calming for her.
Also, make sure that her clothes and diaper aren't pinching her in any way.
I've heard that crying peaks around 6 weeks, so hopefully, things will be easing up for you soon.

If it is colic and all your attempts to address it fail, take her to a chiropractor!!! It really works! (and adjusting babies isn't like adults, it's very gentle and honoring to their little bodies).
If you haven't read "Happiest Baby on the Block" it has really good tips on calming babies. One thing to remember is that a newborn is still undeveloped in a lot of her bodies' systems. She was in you for 9 months and now she's in a completely different environment. Loving her by taking her cues (crying) is the best way to deal with it. Check out www.askdrsears.com for more ideas.

When you go in for next appointment tell doctor about the crying and see what he/she says. But for now, could she be gassy? Did she have a real good burp? Try putting her across your legs and patting her back. Could she be mega tired? If so, wrap her up very tight in her blanket (swaddle her). Babies can feel very fretful and afraid when they are able to swing their arms and legs, but when they are wrapped up they feel very secure and warm and loved. If all this fails, put her in a car seat and take her for a drive, if that works, take it.

it could be gas. if thats the case, then there are over the counter drops you can give her. its called mylicon. if that doesnt work, try driving her in the car, going for a walk, or you could even put her in her carseat and set it on top of the washing machine on spin cycle. for some reason, the vibrations tend to cause babies down. or try some soothing music and put some lavender baby lotion on her to calm her down. good luck!

She either needs to be held (maybe swaddling in a blanket might help). Or worst case, take a ride in a car for 15 minutes.

Just hold her and love her. Most parents will have to deal with a little colic. There is really nothing you can do. It seems like it lasts for ever but it will stop.

I would give her a lavender and cammomile bath. Johnson and Johnson make a great bath for babies, and mommies too. follow up with the baby lotion.
Also, read up on colic and ask your doctor about it, that is also a possibility
