I adore traveling. It broadens your mind. I try not to spend a lot of money but there are certain compromises you have to make, if your budget is sooo tight that you can't enjoy your trip, indulge in something!
I'm a cultural traveler. I'm a museum freak, specially art museums. I love history, so I'll go to places or landmarks that have some important historical significance. I like to get caught up in the day to day of the people and stray a bit from the tourist-ey spots (in some places, like Cuba, this is even more recommendable than in others, like Paris), get to know the people. Also just being alone with my thoughts and a hot cup of coffee.
I don't do cold weather though!!! *Lol

I am passionate about traveling. There are so many great places to see and explore and people all over are just awesome. I'm pretty frugal in my travel expenses, but one of the things I do is claim 0 on my taxes so I get a tax return each year. I use that money to treat myself to a trip or two. I know I wouldn't save it if I had less held out and took more home throughout the year, so I use Uncle Sam as a savings account. :) As far as what I want to see and do--I don't think there's much I wouldn't want to. I'm up for about anything...including a 3-week trip to Europe next summer. Wahoo!

I like traveling. I want to see the South American pyramids, hike all 2000 miles of the A.T., and base jump Hoover Dam!

LOVE it.
Wish I could go all the time.
I don't spend alot of money, I know people that spend thousands to go somewhere, I have yet to spend over $1000 to go somewhere, and that includes air, hotel, transfers, spending money etc.
