I believe Israel will cause World War 3? Do you?

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said on MEMRI TV the volcano of rage of the people in the region is on the brink of eruption...it will not be limited to this region.

Hezbollah is backed by Iran. Iran attended N. Korea's missile launches on July 4.

My candidate for whom to blame for WWIII will be Iran because the Shiites in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Iran all hate non-Muslims and want to establish an Islamic world government. That is why Ahmadinejad is making threats.

I don't think Americans should get involved, and leave Israel and Lebanon to their terrible fighting. It's not our war so why should any country get involved for that matter. It might spark World War III, but it is highly irrelevant. Lebanon and Israel are the only countries at war (an actual war) at the moment, so there won't be a World War III until many other countries begin to have disagreements with eachother.

Israel first off, never started a war. Besides attacking Egypt in the 50's/60's i dotn excatly remember. Becuase Egypt was moving troops into the Sinai dester, and blocakding Israeli ships from entrting their own waters. Also Israel has said they will never attack anyone out of anger or antyhing but self-defense. Dont forget thta Hezbollah is responsible for killing 243 american marines. The barracks bombing in Lebanon that killed 241 US marines, then the US embassy bombing in Beirut that killed 8 innoncesnt people and 2 US soldiers. They were also responislbe for mose US deaths before 9/11.

Yeah, they probably will. Or at least they'll try.

See, the three major religions that started in that region (Judaism, Islam, and Xianity) are all punctuated with apocalyptic literature, meaning stuff we generally term "the end times." The apocalypse will be followed by their redemption by their particular deity.

So strictly speaking, for people who believe this way, World War Three will actually be a good thing - in the end, after you sweep away all the dead. In fact, there are "extremists" within each of these groups who are very vocal in their encouragement of open hostilities, for this very reason! They're called extremists, of course, b/c most people in any given religion are too good to accept the conclusion that killing millions of heathen is God's will. But they get their 'extremist' doctrine from the same place the mainstream religion does.

Of course, the rest of us who aren't ready to die for their god aren't so happy about the idea, so we'd rather have peace talks and cease-fires and treaties and all those other stupid "liberal" ideas. You know, 'cause standing back and letting millions of people kill each other is way better than trying to stop them from killing anybody.

I don't really know. World war two started b/c of germany, japan mainly..i doubt israel will start ww3 now if france, germany, england, china, japan, us, australia, russia, and spain get involved then we will have a world war but only if more ppl side with one country and bully everyone else. i think we should let israel and lebanon fight it out and that we should do something so that we don't have to go to war with n. korea..i mean let them have s. korea...they already kind of do..and i believe every country should stop making nuclear weapons b/c THEY will cause the world as we know it to end

I'm picturing the U.S., Israel, the U.K., and maybe Japan on one side, and Iran, Syria, Russia, China, and Venezuela on the other. Most of Europe would remain officially neutral, but would covertly profiteer off the whole thing while making lame protests and passing wimpy resolutions. Kofi Annan would position himself at the very top of the fence, looking down and shaking his fingers at both sides while continuing to sound like an idiot.

It could very well cause global war before it's over. But in the same sense, how would we here in the US feel if Mexico or Canada fired a few missiles at us and then Kidnapped two of our men? I wonder what America would do to Mexico in a case such as that? I don't blame the Israeli's for striking back.

That is the way the kingdom of God will be established in our world, through allowing God to reign in our every day lives in the place we are planted. This is the way we can prevent other acts of terror from destroying more people in our nation and the nations of the world. May the King and His kingdom come quickly!

As the answers above make it clear, a whole bunch of morons will start WW3 (no lack of that in stock, for sure). Then, after about 20 yrs after the war, you will learn reading one five paragraph section of a lame history book, that the war was started by ... (whoever looses it).
