http://www.onestepahead.com/ - but - just have to warn you... a lot of people find them offensive. I've known a few parents who have used them due to hyper children that run off (by that, I mean toddlers) with only their child's safety in mind. At any rate, I wish you the best.

Try the drugstore or go to walmart or zellers. Even childrens store would have them.

Wal-Mart has them in the baby department.. they look like lil teddy's and have a pouch on the back to put things (they're also inexpensive)!! My cousin bought her son one b/c he's ALL BOY and wants to runaway and get into things!!
