I believe it depends on what state you live in, what the rules are governing foreign business and trade, etc. The best thing you can do for yourself to protect your interests, is to seek legal advise from a divorce attorney. Most will give a free consultation. Check websites also, because I think I heard about one that was something like....."ask a lawyer" or something. Do a websearch for "legal answers" or something like that.

It depends on where you live. Some states will automatically give you half of everything. Some will look at how long you were married, how long you owned the buisness, whether he owned it before he married you or if you both invested to start it, etc, etc. You really need to get a lawyer for this kind of issue, esp with the international aspect of it.

NO... you may be eligible for a SMALL amount of his current income depending on how long you two were married. If you do not work and he "supports you" for 5 years or more you are entitled to a certain percentage of his take home pay but other wise .... You have to get a DIVORCE to get alimony... And a damn good lawyer!

no the judge will decide what you do and don't get. money on a divorce is on financial need, if you have children, a prenup if you have one and (I hope that he does,) and lifestyle along with the fact of whether or not you have been in the workforce or at home being a fulltime mother, you should really talk to a lawyer I am sure that you can find one as greedy as you.

Different place may have different law, but generally the judge will see how much you have contributed to the business, else you won't share any profit, but your husband may have to pay u alimony.
