'Sissy' (if that IS her real name) has serious mental issues. She appears to have an obsession with feces and all things butt related. This is a very chronic condition that could lead to death if not treated.
I wonder if there even IS a 'Sissy' or if she is just a manifestation of your own obsession with feces.
Please seek treatment immediately. When people with your condition go without help they tend to die gruesome smelly deaths.
