JPCXPP Please define precedence....

ROX, the current administration throws out that phrase as much as they used to say Osama Bin Laden.

But you want an example how about Brown V Board of Education, I'm sure many thought that was a pretty "activist" ruling in its time.

Yes indeed. You nailed it. The same applies for the designation of "Liberal Media". If the media doesn't portray the story the way they want it...well then it's a Liberal interpretation of the news.

An activist judge thinks he/she knows better than the constitution. and act on their own beliefs setting new precedence which take us another step away from the original Document.
An activist judge won't go through the means of ratification to add to the constitution because it is too darn hard and they think they know better than the elected officials and their constituents. So they disregard what is set before them and go just a little bit further with each ruling.
Perhaps you could bring up the instance which you are referring and you may get an answer. Ask too general a question and you get a bunch of people that will just agree with you no matter what you say.....Oh wait,,, that IS what you want isn't it??................................................................................................ Reply to your "aditional info"
Nice try jackoff . how many times did they use that phrase during that time??? Keep throwing half lies and misleading people with your stupidity..
use examples that actually have been called such by this Administration and I'm positive it is correct and I could prove it.
I'm sure you wont because any Lib argument can only be reinforced by Half explanations or just plain lies....
Go ahead give it a shot.

They are activist judges when they don't use precedence or the letter of the law to make a decision, and use their beliefs or those of the area that they have jurisdiction over to make a ruling.

Activist Judges, LOL.

When you vote you are an activist. Don't buy into the whole Neocon ideal that "activists" are evil. Any good neocon is an activist too!

That would be a YES !!!! Don't tell me the truth. I'm to nieve to deal with it. Let me hide in my NEOCON shell and never come out or be faced with something not inline with my way of thinking.
