My vote in the party primary would be for the person with the combination of the best qualifications for the presidency and the best likelihood of winning the presidency after the primary. I feel strongly about term limits. Some politicians (I don't mean President Bush particularly) have remained in power too long for the good of their party, and in many instances, for the good of their country. At least President Bush has shown great self-restraint and great regard for the wishes of the people and the legislature and has not used his veto power until now. Many other politicians, past and present, have acted like dictators by excessive use of the presidential or gubernatorial veto power.

Absofrigginlutely not! I didn't vote for him last time and I wouldn't vote for him this time. If I had my way he'd be out of office right now. The man is an idiot! I mean, he thinks it's OK to make children out of unused embryonic cells while there are millions of unwanted, abused, and starving children in the world who need good homes, but it's not OK to find cures for diseases with these cells. Hello! Am I missing something here? Does anyone else see the idiocy in this?

yes. Granted he's not the best, I'd prefer me a roosevelt or such but he gets the job done in the end of things.
I think other presidents would have forgotten 9/11's effects by now as much of our country did.

No, because we could do a lot better in a president, but unfortunately as can be seen by these answers a lot of ppl would. I would hope however that he wouldn't win again.

Hell yeah.
His domestic policy is questionable but he's willing to face the problems with terrorism and the Middle East. Clinton was an ostrich with his head in the sound.

It depends on who is running in the Republican primaries. I can't think of a Democrat that I would support in the general election. (Well MAYBE Zel Miller).
