Just tell her she reminds you of Pamela Anderson and when she says what do you mean say she is fake from hair to waist !

Gosh, I had that dilema soo many times... You get to know them, and really be their friend, that is, if you want to tell them because you care... and then you will find a way, friends can tell each other things even if they are a bit tough, they will see you really care..
If you just want to tell them off, just say that to their face, you won't be affected, and they might listen... or say something like you are a walking contradiction... and explain...
