I'd tell myself to never stop believing in my own self worth. The moment I started believing in myself again, truly believing I was worth something...my life skyrocketed. My job, my relationship, my friendships, everything has improved ten fold with my new outlook on life and my self confidence. I wish I'd gotten over telling myself I wasn't worth it years ago!

Probably to take advantage of the opportunity I had to join the Navy out of high school.
At that point I could not comprehend committing 4 years of my life and had no one to tell me differently. I would love to go back and tell me now! :)
Finish college. ALL of it.
Save money. Don't spend it on frivolous things.
And probably say NO to at least 1/2 of those guys. Ew.

I'd write down winning lotto numbers and give myself a list of influential dates/times/descriptions for the future .... 9-11, stock tips, tell myself not to flip my truck.

I wouldn't go into relationships too much, those are the cumulative events of our individual lives, by changing them, we change ourselves beyond recognition. It is also cowardly beyond belief.

I would not have let my fitness and diet regime go. I have health problems because of that. There is absolutely nothing more important than your health and that of your loved ones. Money and love problems come and go but you need good health to lead a happy life. Or at least the semblance of one. Yup, my health. I would not have taken advantage of it. Oh if I could turn back time...Exercise, floss, enjoy healthy sex and watch your diet.

Never favor your feelings over your logic and reasoning. It's just safer to do what your mind tells you, not your feelings.
