Since Israel declared war on Lebanon, all you see in the news all day - literally - are coverages about the " Middle East Crisis". All of a sudden the so called horrible war in Iraq lost all its coverage. The so called patriots on MSNBC, CNN, FOX ,that do nothing but preach that Afeghanistan's war is forgotten now have done the same to the iraq war . What the f-u-c--k!! I am a veteran and I worry about the war in Israel for many political reasons, but i rather follow up on what my country is achieving or not in its own war.

Hardly any troops have been killed over there?
My man I was there, and it is still a war. Where there is conflict between two different partitions there is a war ( Gang war, gorilla war and etc)

It is surprising given the fact that the liberal controlled media is losing their opportunity to continue bashing Bush. I'm sure that before long the networks will once again refocus and the body counts will continue.

Call those channels and tell them!

This is nothing new, it's been going on the whole war. You hardly ever see the war on TV now, just the controversy.

MSNBC, FOX and CNN don't really care about sending you the news, it's all about enraging you enough to watch so they can sell you some new nikes.

Try military channels or foreign channels, or, better yet, use the internet to chat directly with the troops to find out what's really going on over there.

iraq war, like the war in afghanistan is old news to the media, to keep viewers they have to keep on what's current what's hot, that's why people don't realize that the war in afghanistan is JUST as dangerous as the war in iraq, because it lost it's coverage so people don't see the deaths there.

Iraq war has been over for about a year......fighting insurgents is a different story.....hardly any US troops have been killed, that's why the media hasn't talked about it.

Let me rephrase that.....hardly any killed this year.

I can assure you, President Bush does not share your feelings and he hopes that Israel/Lebanon continues to distract the media for as long as possible....maybe to the end of his term.

I'm guessing the coverage is really about - are we going to end up getting involved in that one too?
