google pages or geocities, but if you want to step it up a big notch (for a company website , you should really have your own domain and hosting accoutn , they are cheap like 5-7 dollars)

Ya, Geocities is good, but it doesn't have many advanced features when you use the free service.

The only good one I know of is www.freewebs.com
Any free web site site is crap. It always gives you a crappy site name and crappy layouts.
Then, use www.shorturl.com to make the url look cooler.
