you need to have SEMEN enter your VAGINA to get pregnant.
I don't think anyone should be sucking on your nipples if you don't know that, you are TOO YOUNG and TOO IMMATURE to be engaging in sexual activites, and NO your boobs won't get any bigger. He is just telling you that so he can get more action.

No you cannot get pregnant, there is no sperm meeting the egg. And no, it wouldnt make the boobs bigger either.
