No, the nail growth is no longer living. You could possibly slow the growth by unhealthy living.

No it doesn't. But if you change the colour to often it will weakens and discolours them. I think it has something to do with the acetone in the nail polish remover.

Keeping my nails polished is the only way I can get them to grow.

im not sure but you can get nail polish from avon for a couple bucks that make them grow and make them strong

no it doesn't some nail polishes have nail strengthener's and vitamins to promote growing
