Congratulations! I found out last week that I'm having a baby girl, and I'm over the moon!
As for names, I think Noah James is great. Noah is a great name, that will grow with the child. It is cute for a little boy running around in a school playground, but is also mature and sophisticated for a grown man. You can't go wrong with James either, it has been a well-loved name for decades. I really love this combination!
I dislike Cadin because of it's prominent 'C' sound. Many popular names have this prominent sound at the moment, and it is becoming a little overused and boring, sorry! Examples are Ryker, Skylar, Coby etc. The 'adin' sound has also skyrocketed in popularity, with many names ending that way; Hayden, Brayden, Ayden etc. I also think that whilst I do love the name Michael, it is a bit overused as a middle name.
I'm going to include the link to a baby names/pregnancy forum that I think you might be interested in joining. It's full of supportive women with boundless knowledge about everything pregnancy and baby! I learnt so much there that I doubt I would have learnt otherwise.

I like Noah James. We were going to name our son Noah but My dad passed away and we decided after we get pregnant with a boy since this is a girl, we'll name him Xander Patrick after my dad. Good luck picking the name. You could always do Noah Micheal, cadin james

Robin, I have been in your shoes. I was lucky though, my daughters named my son. Both are strong names and sound really good. I really like Cadin the best, think about what the kids will call him in school and all the mean things that can be said. Like, "Hey Noah is it gonna rain?" that kind of stuff. Noatall...my daughter has a German name and they made horrible fun of her name. I'm a Robin too and kids made fun of my name BADLY, need I say more? Go for Cadin is my vote.

Those are both great names. I kind of like Cadin Micheal. It's great that you even have it narrowed down to two. You might decide for sure once your baby is born and it may not be the one you are favoring now. This happened to me and several other women I know. It seems like sometimes these little babies just bring with them a sense of what their name should be. Congratulations it is such a wonderful time of life.
