well i need to know what is the fastest way to know youre pregnant

go to Planned Parenthood, or go get a pregnancy test from a drug store. How late are you? Do you have symptoms?

Go to the doctor. Depending on how late you are, or how much time has passed since you last had sex, the doctor may be able to give you a blood test that is more sensitive at detecting low levels of HCG (pregnancy hormone) then a home urine test can detect.
If you have already missed your period, you can also try a home pregnancy test. I have found that First Response is the most reliable. I had a lot of problems with EPT last December when I thought I might be pregnant (wasn't) because the test pack I bought was defective.
I'm fairly sure that the earliest a blood test can detect HCG is six to eight days after implantation, so if it hasn't been that long yet, you will just have to wait.

We are assuming your period is late, yes? Actually, a blood test can detect HCG as early as 48 hours after implantation (according to my OB). But that's still not *right now*, is it? First, take an at home pregnancy test. If it's negative, DON'T take that result to the bank! Wait three or four days, and if you still haven't started your period, take another one. If that one is negative, and you still have not started your period, visit either your doctor or a Planned Parenthood office.
If that is too long to wait, but your period is in fact late, make an appointment first thing in the morning to see your doctor and get the blood test. Best thing about blood HCG tests is they are almost infallible, unlike the pee-stick tests.

Take a test for goodness sakes! That is pretty silly. That is the only way to know. Either a home pregnancy test or a test done by your doctor.

did you have sex most likley preg thats how it happens if you are and your not maried give up for adoption the kid deserves a mom and a dad sounds like you hooked up with your ex get ihe ept test follow directions dont use it to soon or it wont work
