I've noticed that a vast majority of voters will pick the first answer listed, probably just getting points. Doesn't that suck especially when people like me actually try to read all the posts to choose the best one? Yeah, go ahead, write your STUPID answer for the 2 points or be serious

I'm proud of you for reading all the answers you receive and then making a choice based on what you've seen. I don't think everyone uses this for serious questions..it is like more of a game. So, I'm glad that you, like me, are still using this ask/answer format in the true sense it was intended...the free exchange of information. Peace.

Ya it totally sucks when people just pick the first answer, especially when it is super lame! For some reason these points are so important to people, and by simply picking the first answer on a list they can get points without thinking. I read all the posts to choose the best one, because idiots who just post random junk don't need to get their egos inflated any more than they already are.

I hate people who do that and like if the question was 2+2 and they gave 85 and people voted for it cuz it was first.
And dont you hate it when you are like an hour late to choose your best answer and then they put it to vote.

That does suck, and I have never noticed it. I have gotten a lot of best answers but I just thought it was because they were good. So if you answer my questions, I will give you best if you do the same for me.

It's probably because they don't want to take the time...I mean after all, there are so many important things to do like answering so many questions! Keep reading them all...you are learning more!
