I don't really go the doctors and I know that it could be a sign of colon cancer or something. I don't want to go and get bad news!

If it's brown blood then it came from deep within where as if it looks like fresh red blood then you are bleeding by the rectum and is probably not very bad.

You need to ask yourself.. Do you have hemorrhoids. If you do not feel a hemorrhoid internally or externally.. then you really do need to go in to the doctor. Colon cancer resection is a horrible surgery, which is preventable if you go in regularly and get colonoscopies. The blood could mean alot of things. Chron's, Ulcerative Colitis, Hemorrhoids, Cancer, Fissures, etc...

Colon cancer maynot be the answer. it may be that you are straining to hard and you may need a laxative to make it come out easily. Besides, if this doesn't work than you may have to see the doctor before it gets worst. Then again, it may not be as bad as you may think.

Sounds like constipation.

Increase your intake of fiber. I had this problem until I began eating more fiberous foods (And I tried a couple of those fiber powders. They truly work great!!) and it was cured, never had it since.

Constipation can also occure right in the front of your intestial track and soften when it reaches the end. Just becuase everything comes out like a slip and slide doesn't mean you're constipated. :) Good luck.

I really wouldn't be too worried.

Blood in your stool is never a good thing. Sometimes though if you have a hemorroid and it gets irritated by your stools you might see a little blood however only your Dr. can determine what amt. is insignificant.
