HAHAHAHA...no. I wish though!

My cramps seem to be most affected by the foods I eat just before I get my period. If cramps are a real problem for you, avoid junk foods, prepackaged foods, and fast foods in the week leading up to your period. Snack on fruits and vegetables, and have some lean protein and complex carbohydrates for dinner. It really works!

Actually, before Mom got married, she would have aweful cramps, but afterwards, I am not sure if it was after she got married or if it was after she had a baby, it quit. But be sure you are married before having sex, you won't regret it, and it's God's perfect will.

No. How could that be physiologically possible. You still shed your lining.. which requires muscle contractions.. which causes cramping. That would be a myth... I'm sorry to say.
