Oddly enough, a case like this was brought to Tax Court many years ago. The IRS ruled in her favor, with her argument being that breasts that large (the implants were ginormous) could be considered as a business expense because it was certainly far beyond what a cosmetic enhancement would be. She might get the write off for the "large expense", but can you imagine all the medical bills associated with back pain from holding those things up?

yes, but it must be amortized as an improvement and cannot be written off in the year of installation.
She must declare a business use percentage of use and not be able to write off the other percentage that is for personal use, such as free sex with boyfriends, or nursing her baby, self fondling( at home) etc
she needs to keep an accurate record of each business use, such as hours dancing, or time being felt up on lap jobs, exciting johns, etc

No way. They would never pay her the amount becasue if she was already a stripper, they already have you working for you and it would be more like your ownthing. Just like if you have a car for work and you upgrade, the company is not required to pay for the new one.

I would think so, it would depend on how much she uses them outside work. But she would have a hard time writing off the mileage.
