Get the contact information about the girl and do the jigsaw puzzle...She might be related to your husband as a NEW co-worker, a friend, a business colleague, a bunny playmate, a realtor, or anything like that. Don't jump into any conclusion. Truth weeds out no matter what...Her number will appear in his phone bills but take note of the frequency of each calls. You have four (4) choices #1. wait and see if any more incrimating evidence shows up least risky. #2. call the number again and find out why the number is in your husbands phone,it might just be a buisness contact. slightly more risky as if it's your hubands mistress she may allready have a prearanged answer just in case you call and for sure she will tip off your husband to your calling and he may also have a prearanged answer that might end up with you being on the defensive in a argument about marital trust. #3. hire a private detective or investigator to shadow your husband whenever he's not with you THIS MIGHT BE COSTLY ESPECIALY IF IT DRAGS ON I WOULD HAVE HIM SHADOWED FOR ABOUT A WEEK TO TEN (10) DAYS AND SEE WHAT THE DETECTIVE COMES UP WITH. Even more risky, being that if your husband figures out that he is being shadowed he might confront the detective and find out why he is being shadowed and who hired the detective and then again you end up on the defensive end of a argument about marital trust.#4. Confront your husband with the fact that you found a strange number in his phone and when you called it a woman answered .most risky as now if the number is something innocent then you are going to look like a wife that can't trust her husband and the fact that it was nothing will only compound the problem and your husband may leave you on the grounds of your lack of trust. But another thing may happen, the woman who's number is on the phone is his mistress and now since you know whats going on he may leave you anyway.

Well, if you are not satisfied with his answer, call the number back, and ask her who she is, why she is calling that number, all that good stuff, make sure you identify yourself as his wife, don't accuse her of having an affair in case you are wrong, just say you noticed a strange number on his cell and were trying to determine who it was. I did that one time, and it turned out that a friend of ours had borrowed someone else's phone to call my ex. But make sure you are satisfied with any answers, if not, confront your husband and tell him that your gut does not feel right about his answer and he needs to figure out how to make you feel right about it.

I think you should ask yourself why you are suspicious of your husband. If you believe there is a legitimate reason why you suspect he is doing something wrong, look at not only this specific example but his overall behavior. Is he acting normally otherwise? Or has his behavior towards you changed? If he seems okay, then check your own dispostion. Why are you feeling insecure about your relationship? check his cell phone bill see how many times he calls that number
