Annie Hall is generally considered to be his masterpiece and it is very funny.

You might consider some of the other movies from his early, funny period (Sleeper is in this category):

Take the Money and Run
Love and Death
Everything You Want To Know About Sex But Were Afraid to Ask.

Some other movies that are among his best are:

Crime and Misdemeanors
Hannah and Her Sisters

These last too have funny parts but I wouldn't call them comedies. They are grown-up movies that are among his best.

Finally, you might also consider:

The Purple Rose of Cairo.

This is similar to Zelig in style--extremely creative, clever, hard to classify and more amusing than outright humorous.

I can tell you are most interested in Woody Allen, the comedian.

In the case, don't bother seeing anything after Zelig.

You will be disappointed.
