i have turned my popup blocker off on my browser but I still can not get into the rooms once it loads

Never turn your popup blocker off. The sites you want to allow popup from should be put in the program to allow popups from that site only.
Yahoo Toolbar - Click on popup blocker button and then Alway allow popups from> now add the site to the top box and click allow.
Windows - Tools>Internet Options>Privacy tab>Popup blocker and click Settings button>add site and click allow.
That happen to me and its usually cause they are full up. Wait a few and try again.

You may have more than one pop-up blocker running. When you click on the pogo site, hold down the Ctrl key, on your keyboard, and see if that helps..

You may have anti-virus or firewall software blocking Java from fully installing or running. You should go to http://help.pogo.com and do a search for Java.
