DSL and Internet Explorer are two different things.
DSL is a type of Internet Service provided by an ISP
IE is a browser installed (and comes with) with the Windows OS
I assume you mean your homepage on IE is your DSL ISP?
If you want to change the homepage:
1) Open IE
2) Click on Tools --> Internet Options
3) Under General Tab - there is a section for Homepage
You could change the address page to whatever you want by typing into the field or use the current IE page as your home page
If you want another browser, try Firefox

internet browser? download mozilla firefox from www.mozilla.com it is free and more secure than internet explorer in most cases.
