Very easy to fix. Just go to internet tools and select the cookies option and then view them and unblock it. If that doesn't work, just re-install your internet browser. You can delete explorer and then download it right back. You can also download other fabulous browsers such as firefox, mozilla or netscape. that's to ensure that you can get back on the internet once you've deleted explorer if the cookie issue doesn't work. good luck, you'll be fine!

Without deleting your internet browser; there should be an option to 'clear cookies' or something to that effect. This will bascially clear the memory of your internet browser and you can essentially start over deciding what to allow access to.
