For the specific answer , check the website of the door manufacturer.
Here are a few reason the door is difficult to slide.
It's a cheaply made door.
The door header could be undersized ( the wood that supports the weight above the opening )
If it's a brick house, the steel across the opening could also be undersized. Both of those can cause the door to be "pinched".
And really, those are the only choices I know. Unless your house settled some.

Clean and lubricate the track and door wheels. Inspect wheels ball bearings. Some doors have and adjusting screw at the bottom to level the door. Try to adjust until the door slide easily. Try also silicon spray lubricant for wheels and track.

Spray "Pam" on the track. Be sure to vacuum or sweep it out first.

run a candle stub along the top and bottom of the track. that will wax it.
