There are a lot of bogus over the counter pills and devices that just don't work. Plastic surgeons can increase the length and circumference with typical results yielding 1 inch more in length and 1 inch more in girth. Other forms of sex can help both of you. Oral and anal are options in which pain is not a factor. Bigger is not better.Experiment with respect.

Where you use your fingers to force the blood towards the tip and blood chambers inside causing it to stretch and overtime it will grow new cells and stay larger and longer. Takes time, there is no solution to make it happen over night. Maybe try vacuum pumping. There are several sites on the internet that will help you understand it better. Also learn about the female sexual anatomy and where her g-spot is. Take it between your hands and pull with all your force you could also try tying a piece of rope around the tip where that funny ridge is if your circumsized and then tie the other piece to top of tall bridge and jump if that dosnt work just cut the thing off then you dont have to worry anymore.
