It's only when he ejaculates inside of me...I'm thinking there may be something wrong with his semen... Or me? I don't know, but I hate it. I've asked a Gyn and they said I had normal anatomy.. So I don't know :-(

First, have yourself checked for a yeast infection. That can cause a burning sensation. While you are there, have yourself checked for STDs. The STD Trichomoniasis can cause after ejaculation or after urination burning.

Second, go to an allergist and have yourself tested to see if you are allergic to semen. I know that sounds weird, but semen allergy is a rare but often-misdiagnosed condition that can masquerade as a common yeast infection or herpes infection.

Third, have him checked out. In rare cases, a man can have highly alkaline (high Ph) semen. Alkaline can burn just like acid. This is serious for him too, and will have to be corrected if he ever wants children. If your fiance is a gulf war veteran, have him checked for depleted uranium contamination which can cause this as part of "gulf war syndrome."

Forth, if neither of these is the case, you may want to see a sex therapist. They can dig deeper (no pun intended) to find more unusual problems.

When I initially saw your question I suspected a latex allergy, but it sounds as if condoms may not be the culprit after all.

Whether your anatomy is normal or not should not affect whether or not you could be having an allergic reaction to your partner's semen, nor does it mean you don't have miniscule abrasions that could be due to lack of lubrication. Those abrasions could be irritated by semen.

When you have sex, the skin between the vagina and the urinary tract gets rubbed off and regrows thicker. Maybe it's not regrowing fast enough and the sperm irritates that area of the skin which will give you a burning sensation.

The older you get, the slower the skin regrows.

Wait a minute! Unprotected sex! Tell me that this person is your husband and you're trying to get pregnant.
