Why do people use Neocon instead of conservative? Nobody calls liberals NEOLIBS?
I would say conservatives (the real ones) are cool because they deal in truth and reality. They're not concerned with idealistic panaceas, wild theories, or continuing to pursue failed ideas. They're concerned with eliminating terrorism and providing Americans with the opportunity to succeed. The Constitution guarantees you the pursuit of happiness, you have to catch it yourself (paraphrasing Benjamin Franklin).
