The usual rules for changing standard English into Pig Latin are:

For words that begin with consonant sounds, move all the first consonant sounds to the end of the word and add "ay." Examples:
ball → all-bay
button → utton-bay
star → ar-stay
three → ee-thray
question → estion-quay
For words that begin with vowel sounds (including silent consonants), simply add the syllable "ay" to the end of the word.
eagle → eagle-ay
honest → honest-ay (because the h is silent)

Pig Latin is when you take the first letter of a word and add it to - ay at the end.

So ball would be allbay

Iay ancay eakspay igpay atinlay.
This is how you speak pig Latin:
For words beginning with a vowel, simply add the 'ay' to the end of the word.
For words beginning with a consonant, take the first consonant or group of consonants and put it on the back of the word so the first letter is a vowel, then add 'ay' again.
It sounds confusing but it's really simple.

Remove the first syllabal from each word, and add it to the end. Put an "ay" on it. For example, isthay isay igpay atinlay (This is pig latin).
