Try wearing an old pair of shoes next time you paint. Buy another pair of shoes if less than $30.

If its water based paint try Goof Off as soon as possible. After that wash them with a soft brush with Dawn. Then if they are machine washable try putting them on a gentle cycle. If you can still see some, repeat the process. Good luck!

If it is a latex paint they make a product called oops that takes it right off without hurting the material. You can get it at Lowes or Home Depot.
