As a general rule, you might be 10 pounds overweight, but keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. If you are in good shape, this weight is perfect. You still may grow some more, so don't starve or go on fad diets.Change a few things such as low fat milk instead of whole milk, eat fruit instead of candy, drink water instead of soda (there are even 0 calorie flavored water that you might enjoy) Walk to the convenient store (safely of course), use the stairs instead of an elevator, ride your bike to school. These habits will benefit you in many ways;not just for weight control. Be kind to yourself and hey treat yourself once in awhile.

your size is not an issue or rather shouldn't be an issue. At your age you don't need to worry to much about your weight. The key I think is not to get caught up in the whole "I have to look like a supermodel or boys or girls (depending on your preference) won't like me" All supermodels are sick and being as skinny as they are is dangerous to your health.

125-130 pounds is just right for your height. Don't worry. Don't get caught up in the weight thing. I used to be anorexic and I still have those tendencies. Trust me it's not worth it.

totally depends on how much muscle you have. muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are very fit, then 130 pounds is fine for your height. if you exercise at least 30 minutes every day, eat good food (lots of vegetables, good fats, and some protein and no junk like fries and cola), and feel good in your body, you're fine.

am i at 5'7 and 150? i dont think that i am, and i dont think that you are. dont worry about it. pounds isnt always a determination of if youre fat or not...muscle weighs more than fat (i'm a swimmer and i have pretty muscular thighs) so if i were you i wouldnt worry about it...

That is average, but watch your weight. I suggest not to go to 140.

the only way to tell if you are FAT is to test your body fat percentage. Body weight is not the number that you should be mainly concerned about.
