is there anyway with yahoo to hear " you have mail" by sound/audio?

under preferences
select alarms and alerts select and check alerts you wish to hear

Enable the Sounds and Alerts in your yahoo messenger... chose the audio file that you want. Now, if you wanna hear the words 'you have mail', you will need to record your voice and create a file (you can use windows sound recorder). Place this file in yahoo messenger folder wherer other sound files are... and then from Messenger's Preferences ->Sound and Alerts option, select this file for Mail Alert.
