Wow. I wish I did that for prom. That look so good!
I'm so inspired! Thanks for posting that link. Prom's in the past for me, but I could still make a Halloween costume...
Oh and they have a page that explains how to do it. You can put the tape over an existing piece of clothing or you tape over a piece of cloth and the assemble the dress. It looks great!

I saw this girl on Made on MTV and it was sooo cool because she made a duct tape dress. It was black and red. It was awesome! I have always wondered how people do that, and I have considered making a duct tape bag... of course that isn't nearly as hard as a dress. But I thought it would be cool to do one in cool colors. Im sorry I couldn't answer your question, but I am sure if you search in Google, you will find detailed answers! =)

A duct tape promenade gown is only that,its a gown made up of duct tape,duh:) And what many times happens is a few severe faculties have their promenade "duct tape" themed,so then human beings could desire to placed on duct tape out suits.who ever has the final gown wins. desire this help:)

lol i was looking at those earlier they are so cool so i was thinking of doing it next year lol jk to much work, i saw on the website that they sell tape in 6 different collors so im guessing they start making the design on a big canvas like paper and then stiking the tape on there in the patterns, did u look at the winners from 05 and 04 they were really really creative can u imagine how much work goes in those but they are so freaking awesome

They make a newspaper cutout. then they cover the cut out's with duct tape.

Google it, there are patterns online. If not you just find a dress that fits you and mimic it.
