Isn't it just like writing an erotic story? Or because it is to a specific person, does that make it cheating? There is no touching involved,it's all just words.

Yes. I responded to a guy who just wanted someone to talk to and we've been seeing each other for two months now with lots of sex. I didn't start cybering with the intent to cheat. I was just lonely and bored. Now I'm in a full on affair and don't know how to get out of it because I've fallen for him. Unfortunately we're both married to others and it will end sadly. It's just a matter of time and whose heart gets broken first.

Most definately it is cheating after a certain time. Even though it is just words, you cross that undefined line and put emotion into it....anytime you are emotionally involved, you get caught up into that person and begin to have a relationship with them...that is how most of the time "things" start between two people and then one thing leads to another and then look at where you end up...hmm your spouse finds out..then you are busted...yeah its cheating!

Yes it is cheating. It may seem harmless at first, but it could very well lead to something more and I think if you were in the same boat and your spouse was talking about sexual things with another person online...it would be cheating then too.

I'm a guy and it is mind sex. And yes, it is cheating. When you think about making love to another you actually think about it. Thinking is doing. If you want to cyber, leave your loved one and be single then you only hurt married folks who love each other.

I'm doing it right now and yes I do think it is cheating. But I'm also moving out of my home because it was a sign to me about how unhappy I was.

And, this is just my first time.

I was taught that the Bible does not make any distinction between self-applied stimuli and those applied by someone other than your spouse. In other words, some people will believe this is adultery because you are thinking of someone other than your spouse.

Let me ask you this....would it be cheating if your wife typed what she wanted to do with another man to another man??? Would it bother you? If the answer is yes, then stop cybering.

Well would you happy if your partner was cybering with people over the internet?

Only when your emotions get involved... other than that, have fun!

BTW, if my man chatted all the time on-line with a girlie, Id be pissed... emotions or not! HA!
