Some geneticists think that some people being gay or transsexual could be a direct consequence of the battle between the X- and the Y-chromosome.
Chances are you haven’t noticed it, but there’s a war between the sexes going on. The tiny, curled-up molecules of DNA, that lay hidden within each human cell, called chromosomes are the ones fighting. And so far the X-chromosome is winning.
If you look at the microscopic pictures of the X & Y, the Y-chromosome already looks tiny and weak compared to the X-chromosome.
The theory as you may know is, there are two kinds of sex chromosomes: X and Y. If you inherited two X’s at conception (one X from every parent), you’re a woman. When your father gave you a Y-chromosome, it adds up to XY -- which stands for man. All in all, the Y-chromosome contains all the genes that makes a man a man. Well, apart from that other thingy, that is, which is also coded on the chromosome, by the way.
But on Y, you’ll also find stuff that is harmful to women. For example: sperm contains chemicals that attack the woman’s body. Really! Semen comes with chemicals that shut down the woman’s immune system, so that it can make it into the womb alive.
That's why X, the female chromosome, hates Y. In response, X is constantly throwing all kinds of wicked chemicals at Y. X is killing Y.
Take a look through the microscope, and you can immediately see Y is in trouble. Y is a tiny, crumpled chromosome -- not exactly a proud symbol of manliness. Ever since Y split off from the other chromosomes, some 300 million years ago, its number of genes went down from about 1,000 to 80. How did it ever get so tiny? You guessed it: that's because of the female chromosome's attacks.
And the symptoms outside the microscope are, gay guys & transexual men with all kinds of urges to be women.
PS: For one I'm neither gay nor transexual & secondly, I'm not sure if this was a right place to post a rather scientific answer for a simple question. Apologies if it isn't quite what you were looking for.

If I'm being brutally honest....I think it looks really silly. I think the reason why so few men cross dress is because not many want to. Whereas the reason why pants are now for women as well as men is because so many women jumped on the cross dressing wagon when it first became the popular way to rebel. It isn't because of a repressive set of gender guidelines. These days, anything goes. People don't do it because they don't want to.

Who cares what people wear. They are just clothes. What makes a person is on the inside.

At some time in their life, when they were most vulnerable or impressionable...at a time when they are still developing their gender identity...something went wrong...and it had an enormous impact on them...so it is a result of someones response to a difficult period in their life...and should never be made fun of. We should all make a better effort to understand that people suffer tremendously when they deviate from the perceived "norm".

Most of these men had either big sisters who they looked up to, or they didn't have a dad around like me...... Also we feel better because we are like our strong role models, and other girls..... And some of us get a sexual feeling when other girls know we are wearing women's clothes, or a bra........ I like to walk around the store holding a bra in my hand and see other girls reactions, I have had some girls come up to me and ask me if I was buying thebras for me, her is our conversation:
Young girl: hello, what is your name
Me: Sarah
Young girl: that's a weird name for a guy
Me: well, that's the name I gave to myself because I want to dress like a girl, and have a name of a girl...
Young girl: well, those bras are really cute,
Me: yeah, I'm thinking of getting a new tankini too,
Young girl: can I help you pick it out
. ........ The young Girl helped me pick out a beautiful tankini,

cuz they think they look hot. I'd rather see a guy in tight flare jeans than size 40 baggy pants that are fallin off their butts!!!!!!!!

yeah, i saw a guy wearing a tight pink shirt and a extremley tight light blue jean........and my thought omg.....he is gay
i think they are bi or gay.........they wanted to feel like a girl
