Its like I'm trying to help but they won’t return my call WHY!!?? its a lot worse for them...well that is if they care about their credit, why wont people just tell you they cant pay and make my job a lot easier, the moment they tell us I cant pay stop calling and i don’t want a payment plan we will take them off our calling list, but why do people hid? I don't know them...so they can’t be embarrassed

This is funny because once when my credit was bad I actually told the credit card company to hold on a sec I had to get the cordless phone and I went and got the number for Experian and when they came back on I told them that I wasnt going to pay, stop calling and to change my number to ***_***_**** and I gave them the number for the credit bureau and I never heard from them again.

On some level we all want to f-up as much as possible, we all want some kind of drama in our life. The problem is most people aren't willing to commit to it and have real drama, so they make things up. Facing the problem ends the drama and they'd have to find something new. Or maybe you just have a really cute voice and they look forward to your call. Fiscal responsibility is my middle name so I'm just guessing here.

If they answer the call then they are accepting that they are in debt, avoiding the call and putting it off one day more makes gives them a little relief, I think we've all done that one time or another

you are skum of the earth and i hope all bill collectors get AIDS. you harrass people to no end by calling them at work and from sunrise to sunset. you wont take no for an answer and you still continue to harrass. anybody who does this job is someone that takes pleasure in others misfortune. ***

most people don't know that they have that kind of an option. they feel like their back is against the wall and they can't do anything about it. sounds like you are very nice but in the past they have gotten into shouting matches with people who will not take no for an answer.

I have been on both sides iof the fence. alot of times collection agents become ignorant and rude. people do not want or need the extra stress in their lives. constantly calling someone will get you no where at the best of times. been there done it, both ways

Yea I tell them I can't pay and then they turn around and say I refused to pay. So why bother talking to them?
