Yes there are. Coming from a person that owns one. They can break easily if your not careful. If you drop it cover first on water theirs no hope for you. They can scratch easily and bent certain places. Little things scrape from here and there and doesn't make your phone look good at all. Good thing after all the abuse I put my phone through, I was a able to get a replacement. I feel kind of lucky, because I dropped it a dozens times and it never broke. The new one is of course brand new, the old one is back with the company going through more abuse. Be very careful and don't rush too much for things when your on the way to run out with your phone in your hand. It's going to be a terrible sight.

Look here for the correct answer!!!

I have had a few RAZRs... To honestly answer your question about the RAZR I would have to say yes and no!

The GSM version of the RAZR (the real razr phone) is very very strong and durable. I have had the silver one on t-mobile since they cameout with it... No problems yet. I have dropped it, ran over it, wet it, lost it, kicked it, throug it, etc. It's still working and is in good condition.

The CDMA version is really crappy all the way through! I like to refer to these at the DEAD RAZRs or the MOTOROLA CRAPs. They are FAKE wanna be RAZRs... Nothing good about them. I don't like the Networks they work on either!!! I have broken my verizon motorola v3c the very first day. i recently got the V3m and the UI (internal software) crashed! I had to take it back!!! They would not do anything about it! Motorola couldn't fix it either because that was verizon that installs the crappy UI.

If you are asking this question because you want a RAZR... don't get one. They are outdated. However they will out last any other phone out there. They are very user friendly unless your one of those idiots that doesn't even know how to turn it on.
I recommend a PEBL/SLVR they are still in style and they work just as good or better then the razr.

GOOD LUCK

Yes. They are not durable and tend to break very easily if dropped or handled roughly. If you don't want to baby sit a phone, don't get the RAZR! You can find a phone that is more durable for less money!

I've dropped mine on the street a few times and it's still working fine. However, I'm not a big fan of their programing, its respond time is way too slow. It gets really annoying.

So they say, but I've dropped mine on a hard floor a couple of times and it survived. They are very cool, though. I try to be extra-careful NOT to drop it, but it has happened.

Yes they are, but that's if you chuck it around your place. If you take care of it, the phone will be fine. Get a carrying case and don't throw it around. It's like any piece of electronic equipment. Just be gentle.

I hear they are, have had mine since they came out and so far so good. I just do not think the speaker delivers very good sound and the battery sucks. I would not buy another one.

No, I've had mine since they came out, dropped it a bunch of times, too, and minus a few scratches, it's just perfect.
