God created Man (and Wo-man), so it is written. But Man created God, in the beginning, when he first sought an answer to the question 'Why do I exist?'
Thus, over the millennia, Man has attributed to God anything that he was unable to understand for himself. Early Man worshipped the Sun as his God - later when man understood the Sun and its place in the universe, he sought another God, the Universe itself. And so on.
So man has worshipped his God as the reason for his own existence, and for the last 2000 years Man has taken comfort in the thought that God made Man in His image.
So why, if we are all made in His image, do we war in the name of religion? However, there is a force out there in the Universe - one that we do not understand ...

The point of God being God is that God wasn't created! That is part of the definition of God, at least to me. That would be a bit like asking if a leafy tree has leaves and these are those leaves, where are these leaves?

well i totally believe that God was never created but as always been. If not how do u explain how the world came about, how do u explain the bible being so accurate come on bro wake up something unexplained is happening to the world, people are getting more and more wicked as the bible explains need i go on

man created god in his own image but somehow this has been reversed in translation by people who think they understand ancient texts but it has been proved that man has been wrong on countless things if god does exist we will only get this proof when we die and by then it wont really matter what we believe. if there is anybody that can prove existence of god without saying look in your bible or look around you then please feel free to do so. we deny the existence of ghosts or UFOs but they still get mentioned in books so to admit that god exists using the bible then we must also admit existence of or possibility of ghosts or alien life and by doing this we then must accept that the bible is wrong as the bible clearly states that god created the heavens and the earth and that man and the animals that god created are the sole occupiers of the universe.

We are God's children. A small human child would have difficulty understanding the concept of fire unless he were burned. There is no way you could explain to him the theory of relativity and ask him to understand it as well. It's the same with creation. It's too big a subject for our minds to handle.
